Greeting

We believe that what we, as experts, are ultimately asked for by our clients is "function."

Customer requests and needs are diverse. How can we satisfy them? If we can fulfill our customers' requests and needs, it means we have done a functional job and contributed to our customers.

We believe that our raison d'être is to remain a tax accounting firm that goes through trial and error to do whatever it takes for entrepreneurs and consistently delivers results.

In 2017, I set a goal: identify promising entrepreneurs now who could achieve a market capitalization of JPY 100 billion by 2027, and support their growth.

Later, Astar Network, which we had supported, saw its native token ASTR reach a market capitalization of approximately JPY 200 billion at one point. Although this differs from a company's equity market capitalization, it fulfilled the goal I had envisioned: supporting entrepreneurs who create value recognized around the world.(Reference: Forbes JAPAN Profile)

Through this experience, I learned that thoughts can become reality.

In 2026, I turn 50. My next goal is to help Japan become a country with a stronger global presence. I want to maintain a broad perspective, innovate alongside entrepreneurs, and strengthen Japan's position in the world.

Of course, this is not something I can achieve alone. It is a challenge that requires the combined knowledge and effort of our clients, entrepreneurs in our investment portfolio, and companies and funds that acquire and further grow businesses through M&A.

I believe the ambition of strengthening Japan's global presence can also become reality. Over the next 10 years, I want to devote myself to that goal and continue the challenge together with our clients, business contacts, and partners.

I believe this goal can be achieved by taking every consultation seriously and doing work that prompts clients to say “thank you” with a smile, one engagement at a time.
