We conducted financial due diligence for the business integration of Trustax (currently KACHIEL) and Inspire Consulting.
At the request of Trustax Co., Ltd., we conducted financial due diligence on the target business for its business integration with Inspire Consulting Co., Ltd.
After that, both companies announced that they would merge their management on July 1, 2016, and Trustax changed its trade name to KACHIEL Inc.
