Ensure every client is satisfied and gather expressions of gratitude and smiles
Customer requests and needs are diverse. How can we satisfy them? If we can fulfill our customers' requests and needs, it means we have done a functional job and contributed to our customers.
Since our founding, our corporate philosophy has been "Client First." Based on our high level of expertise, ideas, and experience-driven insights, we aim to be a company that satisfies corporate and individual clients, gathering words of gratitude and smiles.
Around five years after our founding, a customer asked me, "When do you feel happiest doing your work?" which led me to reflect on the question myself. At that time, I realized that the very moment our customers smile and say "thank you" is when we feel a true sense of satisfaction in our work.
Today, the Japanese economy is facing structural challenges such as a declining birthrate, an aging population, and a massive fiscal deficit. According to an announcement by the National Tax Agency, only about 25% of corporations report a profit.
Also, Japan's tax system may not necessarily be favorable to taxpayers compared to those of Singapore and Hong Kong.
However, even amidst such economic conditions, entrepreneurs and startups are always full of energy and shining brightly, and there certainly are excellent small and medium-sized enterprises that never stop growing steadily.
Additionally, some owner-executives, equipped with an international perspective, are able to enhance tax efficiency or achieve their ideal lifestyle by relocating their residence and economic activities abroad, or by executing business successions through M&A.
We will continue to do our utmost to support you so that all of our clients are satisfied and can say "thank you" with a smile.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Best regards
